Background

Will is a Managing Director in Ironsides’ Financial Due Diligence practice with a focus on providing private equity and strategic clients buy-side, sell-side and other mergers and acquisition related transaction advisory services across a broad range of industries and markets. His notable experience in buy- and sell-side transaction services includes quality of earnings, carve-out and integration considerations, business risk identification, normalized target working capital, debt and debt like items, business trending, forecasting, purchase agreement review, post close support and other deal advisory services. In his prior role within KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence group, Will advised Private Equity and strategic clients on numerous buy- and sell-side transactions across a broad range of industries and deal sizes.

  • Will specializes in Private Equity, with a particular industry emphasis in software and technology, manufacturing, single and multi-unit retail, franchise, business services and consumer products where he has extensive experience managing and participating in financial due diligence engagements, including buy-side and sell-side support, purchase agreement reviews and mergers and acquisitions negotiations.
  • Will has experience on both platform and add-on acquisitions, with transactions ranging from sub $20 million up to $4 billion.
